Nice use of light, composition and original ideas. The depth of field is very interesting. It would have been nice to see the top of the branch but as i said the composition doesn't suffer for it. The choice to blur the back ground adds focus as well and reduces the depth and the muted natural colours contrast nicely with the harsh gold colour of the watch. Great touching up on photoshop, its very sympathetically done. Is your owl a night owl or an early riser?
I've looked at it quite a few times before reviewing it and it always stood out from the pack. Keep up the good work!
This photograph has been taken from a very beautiful and interesting angle, capturing the whole depth of the object and not just the front. This does seem a bit plain, and I would have liked some more of the background to show, but did love how you captured some of the tree branch and faded it out as it got further. The object was captured well, and isn't just smack in the middle as people would usually do. It does look like the rule of thirds was used on this, and even if it wasn't, it is still a good, as I said before, angle. Very lovely over all, and I liked how you didn't choose an ordinary clock, but one with an adorable owl (which is very cute!).
