I really like this piece but I'm not totally in love with it. I think you could have done something more with the lettering, not just black and red print. I feel the photo should have had a bit more of a depressing look, because usually lies aren't very happy. Granted, this is a nice piece, the vision is fantastic, and this is very unique and creative. I think your only weak spot was technique. So try to do something different with it, maybe? I don't know. Keep up the good work, I'm really impressed by this piece.

It is always better to tell someone the truth and make them sad, then to lie and make them happy.

The colors chosen in the background nicely show case the bolder colored note. I like the technique used when it come to the light in the back as well as the small shadow in the bottom right hand corner. Also, i love how you wrote sad and happy in the color red because it really pops out to the eye.

Overall, i have nothing bad to say about this piece and it was very well made.}
