I like the lighting of this image, and how the background is made to very much suit the main target of the image, the pink rose. The blue violet of the background is highlighted by lights that are blurred in the image. I like how the purple is reflected on the rose's petals, and the contrast between the crisp front of the image and the blurred back image. Also, it is beautiful how the rose gradiates from a light purple-pink to a normal pink from the bottom right to top left, and from that same pink to a darker one from the top left to top right. Truly resplendent.

i do enjoy your work. im curious too know if you use photo shop all the time or filters. either way it produces some stunning results. i wish i was that good at photography.
uh, one thing. i think that some other flower species could be interesting with your approach. maybe you could broaden your spectrum
