I think the one thing I would like to change most though, would be the composition, it think I would have preferred it to be more square so there is more focus on the eye but then I can see how that would have meant a loss of that gorgeous bokeh in the bottom left corner. Perhaps re-angling the eye would create a better composition.
I also feel that the angle of the eye (although very nice in the way it looks down on the bokeh) is almost a litle awkward, perhaps because my eye is so heavily drawn to the crease in the eyelid above it. Not sure why this may be, but again a rearrangement of the elements might help this focal point flow.
That is not to say this is not a beautiful and lovely piece though, I adore the smooth and warm skin, the bokeh of course and the eyelashes and so sharp and provide a wonderful contrast against the rest of the light elements and a frame for the lovely eye. The eye is the true center-piece here, with those gorgeous glowing browns and red and the sharp white reflection, it's thoughtful and almost wise in the way it's all been created.
