The first thing I've thought when I've seen this picture is: how is it possible that the cat is staying still and calm with that ribbon on its head?!
The photo is cute and charming, as usual. In this case the the narrow depth of field makes the white fur merge with the background, a beautiful visual effect. I love the smoothness of the colours and the combination of blue eyes, blue ribbon; white cat, white spots. I think everything fits very well, and the composition works for me. On the other hand I must say that all these adorable photos of animals are very similar, so I can't say it's "original" (anyway, in my opinion there's never enough kitty photos on the Internet). Although even among these series this photo isn't just cute, it is also funny, the cat is staring at the camera like saying: "what are you doing?" That's why I give it a 4/5. I miss a little more definition in the eyes of the cat, but in general I think the technique is very good. I like the reflective surface on which the subject is, and the fact that the photo is not perfectly sharp probably helps to create that dreamy atmosphere of the image.
So adorable ! but apart from that: very nice background, colours and lighting. It makes really good atmosphere. The colours are going together perfectly no bad criticism from me totally love it <3
